Corona Virus Policy Statement,

To whom it may concern. 7Solutions in Gas Detection has decided to bring out a policy statement for all of our employees. Being a safety oriented company, we need to insure the safety of our customers and employees to the extend, where we reduce the risk of exposure to the Corona Virus as much as possible. In the light that many countries including the Netherlands have introduced precautions and Policies to reduce infections.

As of immediate effect and for at least a minimum period of 2 weeks we will reduce our efforts to visit customers, whether for training, service or consulting to absolute minimum. We encourage phone calls, webinars and different possibilities for video conferencing. Of course this also helps us become more sustainable in the meanwhile. We will not visit customers if there is no life threatening situation. The situation would need to exceed the dangers of the exposure to the Corona Virus.

We ask all our customers whom are used to having on site service to send in their equipment for service to our premises. We will continue to offer the best in market service and return the units in a few days. We ask all other customers for fixed systems applications to postpone service work. This is a workable solution for all involved.

Our rental and demo pool has already been depleted, and we urge you to purchase spare instruments as you might need them for exchange purposes. Please be aware that delivery times may increase.
Our trainers have been instructed to postpone their training for a minimum of 2 weeks with immediate effect.
